Asia and Europe have already been working together on the so-called New Silk Road for several years. This has been establishing important trade routes over land and by sea since 2008. For example, a rail line runs from Chongqing in China via Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Poland to Duisburg.
In the Ruhr city, CM Logistik Group has its own location, which serves as an ideal interface between China train and local container transport.
